Understanding Your Needs

We will start by discussing your needs and expectations regarding products and services.

 

These conversations will be ongoing throughout the process. 

Shortlisting Suppliers

Our sourcing team will research, identify and shortlist the best suppliers.

We  will lead discussion with your chosen supplier(s), and deal with product specification and pricing on your behalf.

Samples & Quality Control

Samples will be created and delivered to you for approval.

We will carry out product quality checks at the factory throughout the production process, and again immediately before delivery.

Logistic & Payment

We will facilitate delivery with best-value freight, including duties and taxes.

We will suggest the best payment arrangement and currency exchange for you and the supplier(s).

Maintaining Relationship

We will manage the ongoing partnership with the supplier on your behalf.

We can accompany you to visit the supplier and factory if you wish.
